Our processing time is up to 5 business days and standard shipping is approximately 2-7 business days (Continental U.S.) depending on location (International shipping will vary). If you would like an expedited shipping quote, please contact us.
*UV/printed items and banners may have a longer processing time.
Once it is out of our hands, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive prior to your event as we do not have control over our shipping carriers and cannot predict possible unforeseen delays. We recommend ordering your item as soon as possible to ensure prompt arrival.

What documents do I need to submit?
- Online Claim Form
- Proof of Value (Sales/Purchase Invoice)
- Recipient Statement of Non-Receipt or Damage
- (If Applicable) Pictures of Damage, repair estimate, or salvage value.
How long will it take to review my claim?
Most claims are resolved within 24 hours of submission.
Does shipping insurance work internationally?
Yes, shipping insurance works internationally excluding the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Iran, Iraq, Congo, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Somalia, Syria, Zimbabwe and Venezuela
